Lgc generates this progress message at verbosity level 3+ when it tries to fetch a page with a given reference. Lgc may state that it fetches the same reference several times. As an example, the Peano page references the base and the check page and the check page references the base page. Fetching the Peano page avalanches into fetching of the check page one time and the base page two times. In reality, lgc only fetches the page first time it needs it.
